Unitree
Laikago is a quadruped robot developed by Unitree Robotics, a Chinese robotics company specializing in agile, legged robots. Introduced in 2017, Laikago was designed for research, exploration, and industrial applications. Inspired by Boston Dynamics’ Spot, it features dynamic stability, advanced motor control, and robust terrain adaptability. With its compact design and smooth locomotion, Laikago has been widely used in robotics research, AI development, and autonomous navigation experiments. Its success laid the foundation for Unitree’s later models, such as AlienGo and Go1, which offer enhanced mobility and intelligence.
